Der Händler verkauft vor allem getragene Unterwäsche von hübschen, jungen Frauen aber auch Badeanzüge und andere Kostüme sind bei ihm oft gesehene Artikel. Er erzählt Rio, die wieder einmal Geldprobleme hat und deswegen einige ihrer Stücke verkaufen will, dass in letzter Zeit viele High School Schülerinnen zu seinen Lieferanten gehören.
