Die glühendste, aber auch kritischste der drei Bewunderinnen von Motoko (neben Emi und Sachiyo). Sie ist extrem darum bemüht, dass ihr Idol ihre »weibliche Reinheit« bewahrt und sich von Männern fernhält - insbesondere von Keitarou (dessen »Zusammenleben« mit Motoko sie wiederholt kritisiert), aber auch von Noriyasu Seta.
Erst nachdem ein böser Geist von ihr Besitz ergreift und Motoko nur mit Keitarous Hilfe diesen erfolgreich austreiben kann, überdenkt Kikuko ihre radikale Einstellung und wird deutlich zugänglicher.)
