Yuki Yoshidas Klassenkameradin und beste Freundin Kanami Mihara ist ein unheimlich hübsches Mädchen und ein wahres Sportass. Im Basketballteam der Schule ist sie beinahe unschlagbar und stiehlt jeder anderen die Schau. Sie achtet auch sehr auf ihr äußerliches Bild und scheint äußerst beliebt bei den Jungen der Schule zu sein, auch wenn Ayumu Aikawa nicht zu ihren Verehrern gehört. Als Yukis beste Freundin stehen sie und ihre Freundin Taeko Hiramatsu ihr bei allen Fragen bezüglich Jungen und der Liebe bei. Übrigens scheint Kanami selbst ein ziemlicher Wirbelwind zu sein. Sollte ihr mal ein Kerl zu nahe kommen, egal welches Alter er auch haben sollte, darf er sich auf einen stürmischen Taifun aus exzessiver Gewalt von Kanami freuen, die in ihrer Rage auch ganze Restaurants in Kleinholz verwandeln kann.
