Zusammen mit seinem Kumpel Natsukawa macht Tsunemura das chinesische Café unsicher, das die Klasse 2-F anlässlich des Schulfestes organisiert. Großmäulig und dreist meckert er vom ersten Moment an nur herum und es ist offensichtlich, dass die beiden nur auf Ärger aus sind. Tsunemura ist eindeutig der Wortführer der beiden aus Klasse 3-A, bezeichnet die Bedienungen als langsam und die Räumlichkeit als Schweinestall. Als er handfest Kontra bekommt, trollt er sich zwar, verbreitet dafür dann aber geschäftsschädigende Gerüchte auf dem gesamten Campus.
