Hours bildet ein Team mit Minutes, zusammen sind sie Bestandteile der Weltenuhr, nämlich der Stunden- respektive Minutenzeiger, aber auch frei umherlaufende Wesen ähnlich der Begleiter von Pretty Cure. Hours muss nach eigenem Bekunden ständig auf Minutes acht geben, weil dieser sonst blindlings in jede Gefahr laufen würde, doch auch wenn er sich über ihn aufregt, würde er seinen Kameraden nicht missen wollen und erträgt es nicht, lange von ihm getrennt zu sein. Natürlich gibt er das nicht zu.
