Mit Tsurumi einer der Aushilfsmönche im örtlichen Tempel von Sotoba, der sich im Besitz der Muroi-Familie befindet. Er ist der Jüngste unter den Angestellten und ehrenamtlichen Helfern, strahlt aber eine nicht minder große Freude, wie die anderen, bei seiner Tätigkeit aus und hilft mit vollsten Einsatz, wo er kann.
