Yasha ist der Anführer von Black Steel und hat in Akagane und Shirogane treue Untergebene. Die Basis von ihm und seinen Dämonenjägern ist das Kigan Castle. »Black Steel« untersteht dem Kommando des Ältesten. Yasha ist fasziniert von der Macht der Dämonen und will diese Kraft benutzen, um das Land vor gerade diesen zu beschützen. Seine Gier nach mehr Macht verändert jedoch die Mentalität von »Black Steel«. Seinen Kriegern wurde Dämonenblut hinzugefügt, so dass sie übermenschliche Kräfte besitzen. Die steigende Anzahl der Dämonenübergriffe hat er mit zu verantworten, weil in einem internen Laboratorium immer neue Dämonen erschaffen wurden. Vom Pfad eines Dämonenjägers kam er langsam ab, schließlich ist er selbst zu einem Dämon geworden. Wer ihm im Weg stand wurde getötet. Vor 4 Jahren überfiel er Harukas Dorf. Er bot Harukas Vater an ihm zu folgen, aber dieser weigerte sich und Yasha brachte darauf ihn und die Dorfbewohner um.
