In dem Familienrestaurant, in dem Kenji einem seiner zahlreichen Teilzeitjobs nachgeht, arbeitet auch Michiko. Als sie eines Tages mit ihrem Freund im Clinch liegt und merkt, dass es Kenji ähnlich geht, liegt daher der Gedanke, sich gegenseitig zu trösten, nicht allzu fern, zudem Kenji ohnehin ihr Typ ist und er Michiko etwas an ihren Freund erinnert - der übrigens rein zufällig der große Bruder von Kenji ist. Jedoch muss sie feststellen, dass Kenji durchaus in der Lage ist sich zu beherrschen und ihr verlockendes Angebot ablehnt. Michiko kann man daher auch ohne Weiteres als sehr freizügige und unersättliche junge Frau bezeichnen - in gewissen Sinn sogar als Nymphomanin - die sich nicht selten von ihren Begierden leiten lässt und was Fremdgehen betrifft eine recht lockere Auffassung vertritt. Nichtsdestotrotz hat auch sie zuweilen ein schlechtes Gewissen und ist jederzeit bereit die Konsequenzen ihres Handelns zu tragen.
