Vom Grundgerüst weist er Ähnlichkeiten zu Harus Beginning Gundam auf und auch ihre Bewaffnung ist fast die selbe. Somit ist Forever Gundam sowohl im Nah- als auch im Fernkampf bestens ausgestattet, wobei auch bei ihm das krallen-ähnliche Saberbeam die Hauptwaffe darstellt. In der Handhabung sind aber doch gewaltige Unterschiede zu sehen, zwar sind beide recht schnell und beherrschen ihre Mechas ausgezeichnet, Boris ist meistens aber einen oder zwei Schritte schneller als Haru, wodurch er ihm rasch seine Grenzen aufzeigt, ihm eine empfindliche Niederlage zufügt und ihn dazu bewegt noch viel mehr Zeit für den Bau seines Gundams aufzuwenden, der ebenfalls der Schlüssel zu Boris Erfolg gewesen ist.
