Yylfordt Granz ist ein Arrancar unter Aizen Sousuke, gehört zu Grimmjow Jaegerjaques Fracción und ist der ältere Bruder von Szayel Aporro Granz, dem 8. Espada. Anscheinend hatte er keine allzu enge Beziehung zu seinem Bruder Szayal, da dieser sich wenig um Yylfordts Schicksal kümmert. Yylfordts Zanpakuto Del Toro verwandelt ihn bei der Freisetzung in einen Stier.
