Trotz der beängstigenden Lage und dem ganzen Chaos um sie herum, trägt Natsue nicht so große Bedenken um das Wohlergehen ihres Sohnes wie Ehemann Takashi. Vielmehr vertraut sie darauf, dass Haushälterin Tami sich um ihren Sohn kümmert und selbst wenn, kennt sie ihren Sohn als cleveren Jungen, der sich im Gebirge bestens auskennt. Dass Takashi zudem noch sich selber schwere Vorwürfe macht, dass er wegen der Arbeit seinen Sohn alleine gelassen hat, hält sie genauso wenig für notwendig, da ihr Sohn ganz sicher Verständnis dafür aufbringt. Trotzdem macht sie sich mit ihrem Ehemann sogleich auf den Weg, um ihren Sohn abzuholen.
