Diese sprechende Fledermaus war einst ein treuer Begleiter der jungen Mercelída und hatte bereits vor deren Thronbesteigung stets ein wachsames Auge auf ihre Gebieterin. Denn schon damals nahm sie gern vor ihren Verpflichtungen Reißaus und ein ums andere Mal ist es an Fí ihre verschwundene Herrscherin aufzuspüren. Dabei zeigt sich auch, dass Fí ihrer Arbeit großer Hartnäckigkeit und mitunter recht rabiaten Mitteln nachgeht. Weshalb sie auch an dem Unfall, der dafür sorgte, dass Mercelída in die Menschenwelt gelangte, nicht ganz unschuldig ist.
