Cure Passion ist die vierte und letzte Cure, zu der der rote Pickrun »Akarun« gehört. Sie ist das Alter Ego von Setsuna Higashi, nur konnte sich Akarun ihr lange Zeit nicht nähern, weil die böse Aura von Eas dies verhindert hatte. Ihr Farbthema ist Rot mit Schwarz, ihr Outfit weist einige Abweichungen zu dem der anderen Cures auf. Ihr besonderer Gegenstand, auf den sie von Anfang an bereits Zugriff hat, ist die Passion Harp, die, wie der Name schon andeutet, wie eine Handharfe bzw. Leier gespielt wird.

Attacken:

Happiness Hurricane => Cure Passion dreht sich mit der Passion Harp wild im Kreis und ruft einen Wirbelsturm aus Blütenblättern um sich herum hervor, der sich schließlich um den Gegner konzentriert und ihn vom Einfluss des Bösen reinigt.
