Zafira ist ein Mitglied der Belka-/Wolkenritter, die Hayate Yagami dienen und für das »Buch der Dunkelheit« Seiten sammeln. Genau wie Arf, die Vertraute von Fate Testarossa, nimmt Zafira im Alltag eine wolfsähnliche Gestalt an. Er ist etwas wortkarg, sorgt sich wie die anderen Wolkenritter aber stets um das Wohlergehen seiner Meisterin Hayate. Genau wie Arf benutzt er im Kampf keine Waffen, sondern prügelt mit bloßen Fäusten auf seine Gegner und setzt ggf. Magie zur Abwehr oder zum Angriff ein.
Er muss sich diverse Male Arf im Kampf stellen, wobei eigentlich nie wirklich ein Sieger aus den Kämpfen hervorgeht, da beide in etwa gleich stark sind.
