Gil Graham ist ein Admiral der »Behörde für Raum und Zeit« und somit ein Vorgesetzter von Lindy Harlaown. Er war es höchstpersönlich, der Lindys Sohn Chrono zum Offizier der »Behörde für Raum und Zeit« ausgebildet hat und war früher selbst Kommandant eines ähnlichen Schiffes wie die Asura.
Des Weiteren besitzt er zwei Vertraute: die Katzenmenschen-Zwillingsschwestern Lotte und Aria Lieze, die ihn bei all seinen Handlungen unterstützen.
