Ryouji, kurz auch Ryo genannt, ist kürzlich zu seinem Onkel und seiner Familie, bestehend aus seiner Ehefrau, Kasumi, und seiner Tochter, Mio, gezogen, um dort für eine Weile zu leben. Glücklicherweise wird er von ihnen aufgenommen und wie ein Sohn bzw. ein großer Bruder betrachtet. Gerade die kleine Mio ist richtig vernarrt in ihn und ist beinahe ständig um ihn herum. Sein Verhältnis zu Kasumi ist natürlich nicht so eng, jedoch verstehen sich beide sehr gut miteinander. Nur bei seinem Onkel verläuft es schwieriger, was wohl daran liegt, dass dieser, aufgrund seiner Arbeit, kaum zu Hause ist. Letzteres könnte ein Grund sein, warum Ryoujis Onkel es befürwortete, dass er bei ihnen wohnt, somit wäre zumindest immer ein männliches Familienmitglied anwesend, welcher auf die beiden Damen aufpassen kann.
