Toto ist der Vater von Kouza. Vor Jahren gründete er mit dem Einverständnis von König Kobra die Oase Yuba. Doch viele verheerende Sandstürme zerstörten diese.

Früher war er ein gut genährter Mann und fürchtete anfangs König Kobra, allerdings würden sie über die Bindung ihrer Kinder zu guten Freunden. Nachdem Yuba verwüstet und damit auch die Nahrung knapp wurde, magerte er sichtlich ab. Seitdem versucht er immer noch etwas in der menschenleeren Stadt zum Gedeihen zu bringen. Allerdings hat er immer noch volles Vertrauen zu König Kobra, dass er bald Yuba helfen wird und kann die Ziele seines Sohnes nicht verstehen.
