Einer von Suzukis Leibwächtern. Im Grunde befindet er sich stets an der Seite seines Chefs, gelegentlich ist Ota aber auch an der Seite von Kimura anzutreffen. Für gewöhnlich trägt er eine Sonnenbrille und hochgestylte Haare, wodurch er einen coolen Eindruck macht, dazu trägt genauso sein loses Mundwerk bei. Zuweilen muss er nämlich einen auf dicke Hose machen, selbstverständlich aber nur bei kleinen Fischen und nicht etwa bei seinen Vorgesetzten.
