Er ist ein Onkamiyamukai und der Horuyankuru seines Landes, was so etwas wie ein Herrscher ist, in diesem Fall aber eher als Hohepriester angesehen werden kann. Darüberhinaus ist er auch noch der Vater von Urtorii und Kamyu. Zuerst wollte er eigentlich, dass Munto alleine nach Tusukuru geht, aber er konnte die Bitte seiner Tochter Urtorii nicht abschlagen, dass sie stattdessen geht, wobei sie aber von Munto begleitet wird. Wabe ist sehr alt, aber auch sehr weise, außerdem scheint es so als würde ihm der Name Tusukuru etwas sagen, wie nun der Name des neuen Reiches heißt.
