Jinnai Douko ist einer der drei Assasinen, die neben Hanza Nukui in die reale Welt geschickt werden um Rurichiyo Kasumiouji zu ermorden. Er ist recht klein und trägt eine auffällige Narbe im Gesicht. Beißt Jinnai ein Stück seines Bakkoutous Retsurai ab, so verwandelt sich sein eigener Körper in eine Art Waffe, wodurch er dann Klingen auf seine Feinde feuern kann.
