Kayo galt als Favoritin für den Busenwackel-Wettkampf, in dem sie ihr Dorf Nyuuji gegen Toyo, die Wettstreiterin aus Yashime, vertreten sollte. Eines Nachts, als sie allein unterwegs war, wurde sie jedoch überfallen und ihre Brüste auf unerklärliche Weise verkleinert. Der sogenannte Chichikakushi soll dafür verantwortlich sein – Kayo hat von alledem nichts mitbekommen, weil sie das Bewusstsein verlor und als sie aufwachte, bereits verstümmelt war. Durch den Vorfall kann sie nun unmöglich noch länger an dem Wettkampf teilnehmen und ist nur noch ein jammerndes Häufchen Elend.
