Im Kampf zwischen Himmel und Hölle tritt sie gemeinsam mit Haguromo Hime, Kekko Honey, dem Gott der Armut und Mark Angel gegen die Demon Patrol an, um so über das Schicksal der Menschheit zu entscheiden. Susanoo ist eine sehr schöne Frau, die aber ordentlich austeilen kann, und die mit ihrem Antlitz Kapael im Nu um den Finger wickelt. Tatsächlich handelt es sich bei ihr aber um einen orangenen Frosch und das menschliche Äußere ist eine Maschine.
