Aki Katase ist Kapitänin der Lacrosse-Mannschaft an Tatsuya Tagamis Schule, der Hakuka-Akademie.

Im Anime hat Aki Katase nur einen Kurzauftritt in einer Gruppenszene. Sie ist eine der Nebenfiguren, die »der Vollständigkeit halber« in den Anime übernommen worden, in dem tatsächlich alle 21 Mädchen aus der Vorlage (einem H-Game) vorkommen, auch wenn einige nur kurz durchs Bild huschen.
