Zwar konnte sie sich aus den Fängen Herberts befreien, doch hängt er noch immer an ihr und lässt ihr ein ruhiges Leben nicht zukommen, weswegen er auch ihren Tanzauftritt von seinen Männern unterbrechen lässt. In Daisuke Jigen hat sie aber einen Mann gefunden, der sie beschützen kann und zu dem sie sich hingezogen fühlt.

Diese Zuneigung zu ihm ist nur gespielt, auch dass sie sich von Herbert losgerissen hat, entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Sie beide arbeiten an einem gemeinsamen Plan, um Arsène Lupin und Daisuke Jigen endgültig zu töten. Hierfür muss sie ihre Persönlichkeit verändern, damit Jigen sich auch zu ihr hingezogen fühlt.
