Als treuer Kamerad von Dahan folgt Zig diesem auf seiner neuen Mission, die Militärbasis in Dillsburg vor den bevorstehenden Angriff der gallianischen Streitkräfte zu beschützen. Da er zudem noch wie Dahan ein Darcsen ist, unterstützt er ihn ebenso in dem Vorhaben die Unabhängigkeit seiner Rasse zu erreichen. Von Dahau bekommt er den Auftrag, den Gallianern einen Hinterhalt zu stellen, den er befehligen soll.
