Rinka ist Kazukis kleine Schwester und wie er seit Kindheitstagen mit Otome befreundet. Sie ist ein aufgeweckter Charakter, der sich gerne einen Spaß daraus macht, andere zu necken. Auch wenn sie nach außen aufgeweckt und offen wirkt, ist sie ein richtiger Sturkopf, der, um sein Ziel zu erreichen vor nichts und niemandem zurückschreckt. Dabei scheut sie sich auch nicht ihre weiblichen Reize einzusetzen. Obwohl es manchmal so scheint, als hätte sie keinen Respekt vor Kazuki, macht sie sich doch immer Sorgen um ihn.
