Der Chefkoch des China-Restaurants White Snake Gate bezieht sein Fleisch von Inamoto, der meistens seinen Sohn vorbeischickt, wenn mal wieder eine neue Lieferung fällig ist. Vor kurzem hatte das Restaurant ein paar Probleme mit Ungeziefer, genauer gesagt Mäusen, die nun seit einiger Zeit wie vom Erdboden verschluckt zu sein scheinen. Von daher werden auch nicht mehr die Mausefallen benötigt, die jetzt allenfalls noch als Stolperfallen für ihn herhalten. Woher der plötzliche Wandel kommt, interessiert ihn auch nicht wirklich, das Geschwafel der alten Frau, die regelmäßig im Restaurant zu finden ist, nimmt er aber nicht für voll.
