Als Oberbefehlshaber der US Air Force darf Arondeck in der vom Präsidenten einberufenen Krisensitzung zwecks der nuklearen Bedrohung in Form von Don Canyon nicht fehlen. Er steht voll und ganz hinter dessen Vorgehen, weshalb er auch daran keine Kritik seitens von Clock an diesem duldet. Dass er selber Dreck am Stecken hat, ahnt zu diesem Zeitpunkt niemand, dabei ist Arondeck für erhebliche Waffenlieferungen nach Neo Purgatory und zu Händen von Don Canyon und seiner Rebellenarmee verantwortlich.
