Im Grunde ist Shouta ein ganz normaler Highschool-Schüler, wenn man mal davon absieht, dass er eine Akademie für magische Künste besucht. Trotzdem staunt er nicht schlecht, als eines Tages ein Mädchen durch sein Fenster geschossen kommt, ihn beim Essen seiner Miso-Suppe stört und kurz darauf ein Kampfhubschrauber seine Wohnung verwüstet. Fortan wird sein Leben gehörig auf den Kopf gestellt, nicht nur aufgrund der Angewohnheiten des Mädchens, sondern weil sie auch nicht die Einzige bleibt, die nun immer wieder in seiner Wohnung aufkreuzt.
