Misaki war einer jener Lehrer, der Mikan als erstes in die Schule einführte und willkommen hieß. An der Alice Academy arbeitet er als Biologie-Lehrer, wo ihm sein Pflanzen-Alice, mit dem er Pflanzen kontrollieren, mutieren und zum Leben erwachen lassen kann, sehr behilflich ist. Obwohl ihm sein Kollege Narumi manchmal auf die Nerven geht, da dieser ihm seine Bohnen-Peitschen klaut, ist er überraschend emotionslos und stoisch veranlagt.
