Tinas Eigenmächtigkeiten rauben ihrem Chef bei Gourmet TV den letzten Nerv, da sie zu spontanen Entscheidungen neigt, wenn sie eine gute Story wittert und sich ohne Rücksprache mit ihm einfach absetzt. Wenn es ihm zu bunt wird, suspendiert er sie auch schon mal, wobei er damit kaum einen Effekt erzielt. Den Ergebnissen, die sie liefert, steht er grundsätzlich äußerst kritisch gegenüber und weist so einiges zurück, was Tina selbst für einen Knüller hält.
