Natsukis Mutter steht ständig unter Termindruck, da sie eine Firma zu leiten hat und allzu oft fallen familiäre Verpflichtungen deswegen ins Wasser. Ihr tut es zwar selbst auch sehr leid, aber ihrer Tochter Natsuki hilft das nicht wirklich, die sich nichts sehnlicher wünscht, als mehr Zeit mit ihr zu verbringen. Zum Treffen mit den Prism Stars soll es nun endlich klappen, doch eine Autopanne sorgt auch dieses Mal dafür, dass sie nicht pünktlich da sein kann.
