Hazuki ist Mitsukis Mutter, die jedoch schon früh starb, weswegen ihre Tochter sich nicht mehr an sie erinnern kann. Da ihre Mutter Fuzuki gegen die Beziehung mit Mitsukis Vater Aoi Koga war, rannte sie von Zuhause davon, obwohl sie so einen schwächlichen Körper besaß. Das Wichtigste war in diesem Moment für sie, bei Aoi zu sein und seiner Musik zuhören zu können. Mitsuki ist ihr wie aus dem Gesicht geschnitten, weswegen sie in der Gestalt von Full Moon des Öfteren mit ihrer Mutter verwechselt wird. Von Wakaouji, der eine Zeit lang ebenfalls in sie verliebt war, wurde sie als ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mensch mit immerzu heiterer Laune beschrieben.
