Bahamut SIN ist ein monströser Drache, eine Abart des Urdrachen Bahamut, und wird von Kadaj durch eine von Clouds Materia heraufbeschworen, um die Stadt Edge anzugreifen. Sein mächtigster Angriff ist das »Mega Flare«, eine blaue Energieflamme mit unglaublicher Zerstörungskraft. Cloud und seine Gefährten stellen sich Bahamut SIN im Kampf um die Stadt Edge zu beschützen.

Bahamut SIN kommt in der Form in keinem Final Fantasy-Spiel vor, jedoch in diversen Abarten wie Neo-Bahamut, Bahamut-Zero und natürlich dem Original Bahamut.
