Takayuki ist Mitglied des Schülerkomitees. Er ist ein freundlicher junger Mann und geht bereits in die dritte Jahrgangsstufe. Mira lernt ihn kennen, als er diesem den Weg zu seinen Klassen zeigt als er zur Einschulung zu spät kommt. Takayuki hat ein ruhiges und freundliches Gemüt, ist recht ehrlich und dabei auch sehr direkt. So macht es ihm z.B. nichts aus Mira direkt zu sagen, dass er ihn süß findet um so dessen Freund Kazu eifersüchtig zu machen. Takayuki ist im übrigen der Sohn der berühmten Schauspielerin Mitsuki Utsunomiya.
