Tonko ist eine Schülerin aus Tsukunes Klasse und ein Mitglied des aufgelösten Literaturclubs. Nachdem sich ihr Club dem »Sicherheitskomitee« wiedersetzt hatte, wurde sie von Keito versklavt und musste ihr, zusammen mit Shijimi und Sumae, bis zu deren Niederlage gegen Moka dienen. Nachdem sie wieder frei war, blieb sie mit den anderen Mädchen befreundet, da sie mit ihnen nicht nur in derselben Klasse ist, sondern auch ihre Vorliebe für Klatsch und Lästereien teilt.
