Iera war früher eine Kandidatin im N.I.D.F.-Programm. Als ihre Familie aber umkommt, macht sie solche Vorwürfe, dass sie der Organisation den Rücken zukehrt. Zusammen mit Noa ist sie deswegen allein unterwegs, um den Menschen zu helfen.
Charakterlich würde sie gut zu Aiba passen, ist sie doch auch recht laut und ungehalten. Dennoch versteht sie sich zu Beginn überhaupt nicht mit ihm, versucht er doch, sie herum zu kommandieren.
