Neben Blade Braver gehören die Cosmo 13 ebenfalls zu den beliebtesten Superhelden im japanischen Fernsehen; Cosmo One übernimmt dabei die Position des Anführers. Tamaki Kawazoe ist hingegen kein wirklicher Fan von den Cosmo 13 und geht auch nur aus dem Grund ins Freiluft-Theaterstück, zu dem sie von Yuuji Nakata eingeladen wird, weil dort ihr geliebter Red Braver einen Gastauftritt haben soll.
