Der Präsident des Kunstclubs an der Schule gilt als Exzentriker, der sich bereits in jungen Jahren die Extravaganz eines Berufskünstlers zugelegt hat. Ihm folgt immer eine ganze Schar von Schöngeistern, die ihn in höchsten Tönen loben und auf andere „Kunstschaffende“ spöttisch herabblicken. Yayoi hält ihn dennoch für ein Genie, denn er hat immerhin bereits einmal einen Kunstwettbewerb gewonnen.
