Miharu ist Nemus Kouhai auf der Mittelschule und ziemlich kindisch. Den Schülerratspräsidenten und Jikuu Kaitou Suginami begleitet sie auf seinen Diebstählen quer durch Japans Geschichte und fungiert dabei sozusagen als »Bordgeschütz« seiner Flugmaschine. Ihre Augen sind nämlich in der Lage, zerstörerische Blitzstrahlen, den Miharu Beam, abzufeuern.

Randnotiz
Miharu als Zeitreisende mit Laseraugen ist eine unverhohlene Anspielung auf Asahina Mikuru aus der bekannten Roman- und Animeserie Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. Während eines Filmdrehs ist auch Mikuru eine Zeitreisende, die in der Lage ist, den so genannten Mikuru Beam einzusetzen.
