Als einziger Mitwisser um Sakuras geheime Identität als Zeitpaladin übernimmt ihr Mitschüler Klassenkamerad Jun’ichi gelegentlich die Versorgung des quirligen Mädchens, wenn sie nach einem Einsatz mit knurrendem Mangen zurückkommt. Er tut das einerseits, weil er Sakura ziemlich gern hat, andererseits, weil Jun’ichi, wenn er nicht gerade die Zeit beim Lesen vergisst, für sein Leben gern Süßigkeiten herstellt. Darum ist es auch sein größter Traum, Konditor zu werden.
