Janice Quatlane ist eine der Protagonistinnen des Filmes Professor Layton und die ewige Diva. Im Film beauftragt sie ihren ehemaligen Lehrer Professor Hershel Layton damit, die „Wiedergeburt“ ihrer Freundin Melina Whistler zu untersuchen.

Ziemlich zu Schluss des Filmes erklärt der Professor, dass Melina in ihrem Körper lebt und somit die Handlungen von Janice eigentlich Melina zuzuschreiben sind.
