Elina ist Reinas jüngere Schwester und eine sehr bekannte Teilnehmerin am Queen’s Blade Turnier. Schon als sie jung war, wurde sie in allen möglichen Kampfkünsten ausgebildet, was sie zu einer starken Kämpferin macht, welche mit einem Speer in den Kampf zieht.
Nach außen gibt sie sich unschuldig und freundlich, was aber nur Fassade ist, hinter welcher sich eine außerordentliche tückische Persönlichkeit verbirgt.
Sie fühlt sich sehr zu ihrer Schwester Reina hingezogen und möchte am liebsten immer mit ihr zusammen sein, weshalb sie sehr besorgt ist als Reina von zu Hause weg läuft.
