Kudagitsune sind die kleinen Geister-Füchse, die Noriyuki Izuna dienen. Somit sind sie Teil der 4. Abteilung der Umweltbehörde, die sich mit der Eliminierung übernatürlicher Wesen befasst. Noriyuki nutzt die Kudagitsune meist zum Ausspionieren seiner Gegner und zur Informationsbeschaffung, doch neigt er auch ab und zu dazu, sie zum Spannen auszunutzen. Die Kudagitsune mögen zwar ansonsten klein und schwach wirken, doch in großer Anzahl sind sie ausgesprochen gefährliche Gegner.
