Für Klassendiva Asumi sind Aussehen und Kleidung sehr wichtig, die beinahe zwanghaft versucht erwachsen zu wirken. Mit Klassenneuling Ryofuko trägt sie eine gewisse Rivalität aus, sie versucht immer wieder sie in irgendeiner Weise auszubooten oder einfach in irgendetwas besser als sie zu sein und gegenseitige Sticheleien gehören zur Tagesordnung. Asumi lässt sich allerdings auch sehr leicht provozieren, sodass Ryofuko letztlich genau das bekommt, was sie will. Auch wenn Asumi häufig vor Wut schnaubt und diverse Schimpftiraden über sie ablässt, besitzt sie insgeheim gewisse Gefühle für sie. Außerdem ist sie sehr gut mit Klassenkameradin Nami befreundet.
