Kanakas Bruder geht auf die Junior High School und hat es nicht leicht mit seiner Schwester. Jedes Mal, wenn ihre Freundinnen zu Besuch sind, benutzt sie sein Zimmer anstatt ihr eigenes, weil sie dort nach eigener Aussage niemand Fremden hineinlassen kann. Wie Souta sehr wohl weiß, liegt das daran, dass sie nie aufräumt. Letztendlich führt das dazu, dass er das Aufräumen für sie erledigt, um sie wieder loszuwerden. Es bleibt ihm oft nichts anderes übrig, als sich mit den Gästen in seinem Zimmer zu arrangieren, denn dass die aus Rücksicht darauf, dass er gerne lernen möchte, sich woanders hin zurückziehen, darauf kann er lange warten.
