Urumi ist die erste Person aus dem Schülerrat, über die Kyou Nachforschungen anstellt, nachdem er in Erfahrung bringen konnte, dass seine Schwester Saki auf Urumis direkten Befehl hin vergewaltigt wurde. Nach außen zeigt sie das perfekte Bild eines Schulidols, das über zahlreiche loyale Anhänger verfügt. Sie versteht es meisterhaft, die liebreizende Unschuld vom Lande zu spielen, und nutzt ihre Popularität schamlos aus. Seit nunmehr drei Jahren ist sie die Vorsitzende des Komitees für die Schulmoral und ihre Beliebtheit in der Schülerschaft seitdem kontinuierlich gestiegen. Dass sie diese Position innehat, erscheint vor dem Hintergrund, aus welchem Anlass sie Saki schänden ließ, besonders makaber, denn das geschah aus reinem Neid, weil Urumi fand, dass Saki zu viel Aufmerksamkeit bekommt. Solange sie andere um den Finger wickeln kann, ist sie in ihrem Element, doch alleine ist sie dagegen völlig hilflos und weiß nicht, was sie tun soll, so dass Kyou sie ihre eigene Medizin kosten lässt, um sie zu bestrafen.
