Priscilla gehört zu den erfahrerenen Elemental Tarots des Nagataki-Zweigs. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit für Sephiro Fiore unterrichtet sie Akari, Seira, Luna und Ginka in Musik. Mit Meltina Melvis bildet sie nicht nur »beruflich« ein Team, beide sind darüber hinaus noch sehr gut miteinander befreundet. Priscilla wirkt etwas temperamentvoller als Meltina, was sich ebenso im Kampf gegen die Daemonia bemerkbar macht, da sie hier sehr energisch zur Sache geht und meistens die direkte Konfrontation sucht.
