Der sprechende Stab ist der treue Begleiter von Menace. Obwohl er keine Hände hat, um jemanden zu berühren, verhält er sich ausgesprochen lüstern, wenn er attraktive Frauen zu Gesicht bekommt. Außerdem ist er ein verschlagener Pläneschmieder, der allerdings nicht immer alles wirklich zu Ende denkt, allzu oft eine große Klappe riskiert und sich auch zu schnell seiner Sache sicher ist, so dass er im Endeffekt ein ums andere Mal ziemlich dämlich dasteht.

Sein Name ist ein Kofferwort aus Szepter und Tora (japanisch für Tiger, da er einen Katzenkopf hat).
