Wer sich neben Hime hinter der anderen Hälfte des legendären Duos Masquerade verbarg, ist bis heute ein ungelüftetes Geheimnis. Sogar die Umstände ihrer Auflösung blieben im Dunkeln. Während ihres letzten Auftritts ging Miya am Ende einfach lächelnd von der Bühne und kehrte nie wieder dorthin zurück.
Bei ihr handelt es sich ausgerechnet um Ringo Hoshimiya, die Mutter von Ichigo, und noch nicht mal ihrer Tochter konnte sie ihr Geheimnis enthüllen, sondern erst wenn der richtige Zeitpunkt gekommen sein würde. Dass sie ebenfalls eine Idol-Karriere eingeschlagen hat, zeigt, dass das Talent ihr buchstäblich in die Wiege gelegt wurde.
